Mark Kassis

Mark’s career includes 30 plus years of commercial finance and banking. Mark began his career performing ABL and cash flow field exams for Heller Financial. From there he spent several years managing a factoring portfolio before moving back to Heller to underwrite and manage equipment loans and leases. He left Heller to help start up a large ticket equipment finance business at Transamerica. He then went on to be a founding member and chief credit officer for ORIX’s structured equipment finance group. After underwriting and managing accounts in GE’s corporate lending group, he went on to be a founding member of Tygris Commercial Finance. Most recently he was with Regions Bank’s ABL group for 12 years and was a founding member of their lender finance segment in 2012.

Mark attended the Air Force Academy before transferring to and graduating with a BBA in finance as well as an MS in finance from Georgia State University.
