Janet Riccard

Prior to joining Encina in March 2020, Janet held leadership positions with several banks and finance companies spanning over 25 years.  Her experience includes launching a lending platform for Deutsche Financial Services where she served as Operations Manager.  She is well-versed in Collateral Management, Loan Accounting and Treasury Operations.  Her extensive knowledge in Commercial Lending, specifically in Asset Based Lending Operations has been instrumental to her success.  She always enjoys a challenge and is committed to building a cohesive team to ensure exceptional customer service.
