Avi Azour

Avi Azour is a Principal of investments at Encina Lender Finance. Avi is an experienced structured finance banker with vast knowledge base, strong integrity, and years of experience originating, underwriting, executing, and managing asset-backed credit investments. Avi specializes across a broad range of financing structures and asset classes including senior, mezzanine, residuals, forward flow purchase agreements, and multi-tranche loans within the consumer, esoteric, real estate, and specialty finance sectors. Avi began his career in the Securitized Products Finance group at Credit Suisse where he focused on structuring warehouses against securitizeable assets. Avi later held senior positions at i80 Group and Architect Capital where he executed on a broad mix of private structured credit investments within specialty finance.

Avi graduated from Baruch College with a BBA in Finance and Economics and earned his MBA from New York University.
