John Thomas

John’s career includes 30 years of commercial banking and corporate finance experience.  He has held various roles in portfolio and credit risk management covering multiple lending disciplines and industry segments with experience in secured lending and cash flow lending, risk mitigation, regulatory compliance, problem loan resolution, leadership, organizational skills and best practices.  Prior to joining Encina Lender Finance, John spent the past 14 years in lender finance related businesses including 5+ years with Wells Fargo Capital Finance and 8+ years at Alostar Bank of Commerce where he managed its Lender Finance platform.
