Jeff Karlsson

Prior to joining Encina Lender Finance, Jeff spent time at Houlihan Lokey, holding roles within the investment bank where he advised clients on complex valuations of illiquid debt and equity investments held primarily by private equity groups and hedge funds across the alternative investment community, both domestically and internationally. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, he spent time at Credigy, a consumer finance-focused credit fund with approximately $4B in AUM, where he performed analysis related to acquisitions of whole loan portfolios and structured finance solutions.

Jeff received his BBA in Finance from Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University and is a CFA Charterholder.
